Activities: Fishing
Difficulty: 2

Pyramid Lake is home to the Lahontan Cutthroat Trout, a monstrous species once thought to be extinct.  These fish regularly grow to a whopping 20-30 lbs.  The largest on record weighed 41 lbs!  On this trip, you will fish with Doug Ouellette and his team. Doug is one of the most widely respected flat water fly-fishing guides in the nation, with nearly 50 years of fly-fishing experience. His team’s expertise will increase your chance of landing one of the massive trout that put Pyramid Lake on the map!

Eat, sleep, fish, repeat!  Here are the details…

Day 1 (Thursday) : Arrive at Crosby’s Lodge no earlier than 2:00pm on Tuesday.  Enjoy guided fishing in the afternoon, followed by a nice welcome dinner at the lodge.

Day 2 and 3 (Fri-Sat): Wake up early, grab a hot breakfast, then head out to fish for some of the largest trout in the world! Relax and share stories at the lodge while enjoying a delicious catered dinner.
