Joe Koehly, a native of Missouri, has had a lifelong passion for travel and the outdoors which began on his family's cattle ranch and farms in his home state. After attending the University of Kansas, Joe expanded his passion for outdoors by pursuing a number of different outdoor sports including mountaineering, kayaking and fly fishing.
Eric has had a passion for fishing since childhood. For the past 20 years his obsessions has been fly fishing and fly tying. His travels have taken him fishing all over the Midwest, Great Lakes, Ozarks, and Colorado Rockies. He has been a fly casting instructor for over a decade and also enjoys teaching the art of fly tying.
Jennifer Mull, a native of the mid-west, has had a lifelong passion for hiking, backpacking, enjoying the outdoors, and international travel. As a child she traveled often with her father, and spent many summers hiking in Colorado with groups her father was leading. During college and graduate school she pursued many outdoor activities on her own, and is now thrilled to be involved in the outdoor industry as both a career and a passion.
Stephen has been fly fishing and tying flies for 17 years. He has fly fished all over the world from Australia to the Bahamas , from England to Mexico. His North America adventures in pursuit of Trout and Salmon have taken him to New Mexico, New Hampshire, Colorado, Montana, Wyoming including different sections of Canada.
When Steve isn't leading a Backwoods Adventures trip to the volcanoes of Mexico or to Mt. Everest Base Camp in Nepal he's climbing in the cascades mountains near his home in Seattle, Washington.
Tom Adams, a native of Oklahoma City, has had a passion for the outdoors since childhood summers spent playing in the creeks and streams of Colorado and New Mexico. An avid outdoorsman, he loves hiking, climbing, camping and his latest passion of fly fishing.
